E-Commerce Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, managing online marketplaces, monitoring website performance, executing digital promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms and company websites.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory levels.
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Handle order processing and customer inquiries.
- Optimize product listings using SEO best practices to improve visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Resolve operational issues related to online sales channels.
- Support the development and implementation of e-commerce growth strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and Diploma
- 0–1 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online sales, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace management.
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms.
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Inventory management and order fulfillment experience.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
