Job Summary
ABS General Solution India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer with experience in Fire Fighting and Electrical System Design. The candidate will be responsible for preparing engineering designs, drawings, layouts, calculations, and project documentation in compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed design drawings and layouts for Fire Fighting Systems and Electrical Services.
- Develop single-line diagrams (SLD), load schedules, cable schedules, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Design fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, pump rooms, fire alarm systems, and related firefighting infrastructure.
- Prepare electrical power distribution layouts, lighting layouts, earthing layouts, and cable routing drawings.
- Conduct engineering calculations for electrical loads, voltage drops, cable sizing, and firefighting system requirements.
- Review tender drawings, technical documents, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients for design approvals and modifications.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant IS Codes, NBC, NFPA, and client standards.
- Prepare as-built drawings and project documentation.
- Support estimation and project execution teams with technical inputs and design clarifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in Fire Fighting and Electrical Design Engineering.
- Experience in MEP design projects will be preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of Fire Fighting System Design and Electrical Engineering Design.
- Familiarity with IS Codes, NBC, NFPA, and other relevant standards.
- Experience in preparing BOQs, technical submittals, and design calculations.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of HVAC and MEP coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
