Education Qualification
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing, PCB Assembly, Programming, and Testing.
Job Description
- Good knowledge of basic electronic circuits and SMD & through-hole components.
- Perform hand soldering, de-soldering, and rework of SMD and through-hole components.
- Perform PCB-level debugging, inspection, and functional testing.
- Good knowledge of SMD package identification and electronic component value identification.
- Proficient in manual PCB assembly and soldering of electronic components.
- Load approved HEX/BIN firmware into microcontrollers using designated programming tools.
- Verify successful programming and perform functional testing to ensure proper product operation.
- Identify and report programming failures, PCB defects, and component failures to the Manager.
- Perform PCB cleaning and conformal coating as per standard operating procedures.
- Follow ESD handling procedures and manufacturing work instructions.
- Maintain production, testing, and programming records.
- Support Production and Quality teams in resolving manufacturing and testing issues.
Skills Required
- Hand soldering and rework of SMD and through-hole components.
- PCB-level debugging and functional testing.
- Microcontroller programming using approved programming tools (HEX/BIN file loading).
- Identification of SMD components and electronic component values.
- Basic troubleshooting of PCB assemblies.
- Good understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and ESD practices.
