We are looking for a creative, dedicated, and self-driven Social Media Manager to join our team full-time at our office. This is an in-house role for someone who wants to build a brand over the long term—not freelance or part-time work.
You’ll be responsible for managing our brand’s online presence from start to finish by creating engaging content, developing creative strategies, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram (Posts, Reels, Stories, Highlights, etc.)
- Plan, shoot, and manage content at our premises
- Manage and grow our social media presence organically
- Prepare monthly content calendars and posting schedules
- Develop creative strategies to improve reach, engagement, and brand recall
- Edit short-form videos and Instagram Reels
- Design creatives using Canva (CorelDRAW knowledge is a plus)
- Assist with packaging designs, labels, and other marketing creatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all content and designs
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement fresh ideas
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Canva (CorelDRAW is a bonus)
- Basic video editing skills (Reels, transitions, captions, music sync, etc.)
- Good understanding of Instagram trends and algorithms
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Must be willing to work full-time from our office
