Experience: 2+ years in Telecalling / Inside Sales Team Leadership
Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and experienced Telecalling Team Lead to lead, motivate and manage a high-performing telecalling team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of telecallers
- Monitor daily calling and conversion performance
- Set and achieve team targets
- Track individual team performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Train and motivate team members
- Improve team productivity and conversions
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in Study Abroad, Credit Cards, Matrimony, Telecom, Insurance, Real Estate, or other target-based Telecalling / Inside Sales industries are preferred.
