Position: Full Stack Developer

Work Time – 5:30pm to 2:30am (US time zone)
Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, with expertise in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
The candidate should be comfortable working with modern JavaScript frameworks, backend APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, and collaborative development workflows. A strong problem-solving mindset, ownership attitude, and willingness to learn new technologies are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
- Build scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js.
- Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and ORM tools such as Sequelize or TypeORM.
- Work with MongoDB for NoSQL database requirements.
- Collaborate on projects involving Next.js applications.
- Manage source code and version control using Git and GitHub.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to performance optimization and best development practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and project managers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance and scalability.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Git and GitHub.
- Hands-on experience in frontend development using React.js.
- Experience in backend development using Node.js.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL with ORM tools such as Sequelize or TypeORM.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB.
- Basic experience with Next.js.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web application architecture.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience with TanStack Query and TanStack Table for efficient data handling.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and ShadCN UI.
- Knowledge of Zod Validation.
- Experience with React Hook Form.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
(or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in full stack web application development.
- Understanding of modern software development lifecycle and best practices.
