Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Backend Executive to manage end-to-end backend operations related to insurance policies. The role involves handling policy processing, KYC verification, policy issuance and activation, claims coordin ation, renewals, and customer documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Process insurance applications and verify customer KYC documents.
Coordinate policy issuance, activation, endorsements, and modifications.
Manage policy renewals and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
Handle claims documentation, coordination, and settlement processes.
Maintain accurate customer and policy records in the system.
Liaise with insurance companies and internal teams for policy servicing.
Resolve backend operational queries and ensure timely turnaround.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Generate operational reports and maintain MIS records as required.
Support customers and sales teams with policy-related documentation and updates.
Required Skills
Good understanding of insurance products and policy lifecycle.
Knowledge of KYC, claims processing, and policy servicing.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and operational software.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good Data Analytical Skill for creating accurate MIS reports.
Qualifications/Eligibility
Graduation Compulsory
1–5 years of experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or backend processing
Experience in life, health, or general insurance operations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
