- Prepare and modify Municipal Submission Drawings for residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects.
- Develop drawings for Building Permission, Layout Approval, Commencement Certificate (CC), Occupancy Certificate (OC), and various statutory NOCs.
- Ensure all drawings comply with Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), PMRDA, and Maharashtra UDCPR/Pune building bylaws.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants, and Liaison Teams to obtain timely approvals.
- Review and verify submission drawings for accuracy before submission to municipal authorities.
- Incorporate comments received from municipal authorities and revise drawings accordingly.
- Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and submission records.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding approval status and drawing updates.
- Conduct site visits whenever required to verify existing conditions and ensure drawing accuracy.
- Stay updated with changes in Pune building bylaws, DCPR/UDCPR regulations, and municipal approval procedures.
- Support liaison activities by preparing technical documents required for statutory approvals.
- Ensure timely completion of submissions while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Draughtsmanship.
- 3–8 years of experience in Municipal Submission Drawings and Liaison work.
- Strong knowledge of Pune Building Bylaws, PMC/PMRDA approval processes, and UDCPR regulations.
- Experience in High-Rise Residential/Commercial Projects is mandatory.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of municipal documentation, approval workflow, and statutory NOCs.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet submission deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling High-Rise Projects.
- Hands-on experience with PMC/PMRDA submission drawings and approval procedures.
- Thorough understanding of Pune Municipal Building Bylaws and municipal submission standards.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
