Job Description
- Teach English to primary classes using age-appropriate methods
- Plan daily and weekly lesson plans as per the curriculum
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
- Use activities, stories, and teaching aids to make learning engaging
- Assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and observations
- Maintain student records and progress reports
- Support slow learners and encourage overall student development
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs
