Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager to oversee the day to day operations of an integrated farm, including crop cultivation, poultry, goat farming, livestock management and overall farm maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient farm operations, supervising staff, maintaining animal health and improving productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall farm operations, including crops, poultry, goats and other livestock.
Supervise farm workers and assign daily responsibilities.
Monitor animal health, feeding schedules, breeding and hygiene.
Plan and oversee crop cultivation, irrigation and harvesting activities.
Maintain farm equipment, buildings and infrastructure.
Keep records of livestock, feed consumption, crop yield, inventory and expenses.
Coordinate with veterinarians, suppliers and other service providers.
Ensure compliance with farm safety and biosecurity standards.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly farm operation reports.
Implement cost-effective practices to improve farm productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, or a related field .
5–10 years of experience in integrated farm management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and record maintenance.
Willingness to stay or work at the farm location.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
