Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead offshore Commercial Loan Servicing operations for a US Banking client. The role will drive end-to-end delivery, manage client relationships, and build scalable operational capability across multiple loan servicing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across core Commercial Loan Operations:
- Loan Boarding & Booking
- Collateral Management (UCC/Lien)
- Loan Maintenance & Transaction Processing
- Participations / Syndications
- Payments, Payoffs & Account Servicing
- Insurance / Covenant Monitoring
- Manage workflow, queues, volumes, and overall throughput
- Drive performance management, reporting, and operational governance
- Act as primary interface for client stakeholders and manage escalations
- Lead team of Analysts, Supervisors, and Quality personnel
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with US banking regulations, data security, and control frameworks
- Support capacity planning, resource utilization, and delivery efficiency
Must-Have Skills / Experience
- 10–15 years experience in US Commercial Banking / Loan Servicing Operations
- Strong exposure to:
- Loan lifecycle (boarding to servicing)
- Collateral / lien management
- Participations / syndications
- Loan transactions and servicing workflows
- Hands-on experience with AFS Vision (highly preferred)
- Proven experience managing offshore teams (20+ FTE)
Strong client-facing experience with US stakeholders
