The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and a strong understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable branding, advertising, and digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project briefs in coordination with the creative team.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities using CRM or reporting tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
- Represent Flows India at networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and business meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills
- Experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing, media, or creative agencies is an added advantage.

- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings is preferred.
