Job Title: Graduate Structural Engineer
Job Summary: Nivtor Engineers is seeking a talented and motivated Structural Engineer to join our growing team. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural systems for a variety of projects, primarily based in the USA, from our Thane office. The types of projects include commercial, residential, university and K-12 buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural principles, building codes, and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis and design calculations using relevant software and tools.
- Develop structural drawings and specifications.
- Review and interpret construction documents and shop drawings,
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project team members, and participate in project meetings.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes and standards.
- Review and annotate shop drawings and RFI documents.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering (PhD in Structural Engineering is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in structural engineering design (US Projects preferred).
- Knowledge of IBC, ACI318, ASCE7 and AISC codes.
- Professional Engineer (Preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in RISA-3D, Tekla Structural Designer, SAP2000, spColumn, Bluebeam and Revit.
- Strong understanding of structural documents and shop drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Full-time, On-Site).
