Job Overview:
Countrywide Visas is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling clients, and closing sales related to visa and immigration services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to visa services
- Provide consultation to clients regarding immigration processes and requirements
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Keep accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Stay updated with immigration policies, visa rules, and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in visa/immigration or service industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in immigration, travel, or consultancy services is a plus
- Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
