Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in various HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding and document verification processes.
- Prepare offer letters and other HR-related documents.
- Update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with daily HR administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing/completed MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, or any related field.
