Experience
9–11 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the automobile dealership sector.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications in sales or leadership are a plus.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the sales process to ensure optimal performance and meet/exceed revenue targets.
Provide guidance and leadership to a sales team, setting goals, and motivating team members to achieve performance targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring high levels of satisfaction, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Train and develop the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and develop strategies to improve results.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Monitor inventory and sales trends to make informed decisions on product offerings and pricing strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of success in an automobile dealership or related industry.
Demonstrated skills in sales strategy, customer relationship management (CRM), and organizational leadership.
Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and analyzing sales metrics to drive performance improvements.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic business environments.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and presentation tools for data analysis and reporting.

Experience in digital and e-commerce sales practices within the automotive sector.
