Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, mails, and documents.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
- Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure a professional reception area.
- Support administrative activities such as filing, record keeping, and data entry.
- Assist HR and Administration teams with routine office coordination activities.
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide basic information about the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred:
- Experience in corporate, manufacturing, industrial, or office environments.
- Knowledge of visitor management and office administration practices.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
