Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Pitch to architects, developers, and general contractors.
- Spec Selling: Conduct technical presentations to get our products designed into upcoming projects.
- Tendering: Work with internal estimators to submit competitive bids and proposals.
- Closing: Manage the B2B sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial sales experience in cladding, precast, facades, or building materials
- Existing network of regional architects and general contractors.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
