Job Summary
Decon Infratech is looking for an experienced Senior Tender Executive who can independently handle government and private tenders related to Fire Fighting Systems, MEP Services, Electrical Works, Plumbing, STP, WTP, and EPC Projects. The candidate should have complete knowledge of tender documentation, BOQ analysis, costing coordination, compliance preparation, and online bidding portals.
Key ResponsibilitiesTender Management
- Search and identify relevant tenders from GeM, CPP Portal, TenderTiger, CPWD, PWD, NBCC, MES, Railways, Airports, Smart City, and private portals.
- Download and study tender documents in detail.
- Analyze eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare bid submission schedules and ensure timely submission.
BOQ & Technical Review
- Study BOQ and technical specifications thoroughly.
- Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams for quantity verification.
- Prepare compliance statements and technical documentation.
- Identify deviations and risks before submission.
Documentation
- Prepare and compile:
- Technical Bid
- Financial Bid
- EMD/Bid Security documents
- OEM Authorizations
- Experience Certificates
- Work Completion Certificates
- GST, PAN, MSME, PF, ESIC documents
- Turnover certificates
- Affidavits and declarations
Portal Handling
- Independently manage:
- GeM Portal
- CPP Portal
- State Government e-Tender Portals
- TenderTiger
- Other online procurement platforms
Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations and OEM authorizations.
- Liaise with internal estimation, accounts, and project teams.
- Communicate with clients for pre-bid clarifications and tender queries.
Costing Support
- Assist in preparing competitive pricing based on:
- Material quotations
- Labour costs
- Transportation
- Taxes
- Overheads
- Profit margins
Record Keeping
- Maintain tender database and submission tracker.
- Keep records of submitted bids, results, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor tender amendments, corrigenda, and extensions.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Fire Fighting Systems
- Knowledge of Hydrant & Sprinkler Systems
- Familiarity with MEP Projects
- Understanding of STP/WTP Projects
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQs
- Good drafting and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong analytical and time management skills
Software Knowledge
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- Microsoft Word
- PDF Editing Tools
- AutoCAD (basic understanding preferred)
- Tender Portal Operations
- Email & Documentation Management
Educational Qualification
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering preferred.
- Graduation with extensive relevant tendering experience may also be considered.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling tenders valued from ₹50 lakh to ₹50 crore.
- Prior exposure to CPWD, PWD, NBCC, MES, Railways, Airports, Government Departments, and Private EPC Projects.
- Proven ability to manage the complete tender lifecycle independently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

- Number of quality tenders identified per month.
- On-time submission rate.

- Success ratio in technical qualification.
- Value of tenders won.
- Zero missed deadlines or submission errors
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
