- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Ability to integrate Tableau dashboards with various data sources for comprehensive reporting.
- Experience in optimizing performance of Tableau workbooks and data extracts.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance reporting workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Tableau.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
