Job Summary:
The Director – Campuses will provide strategic and operational oversight across all campuses to ensure consistent academic delivery, administrative efficiency, and alignment with institutional objectives. The role involves regular campus visits, performance monitoring, and driving institutional growth through continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to all campuses to review academic, administrative, and operational functioning.
Ensure uniform implementation of institutional policies, standards, and procedures across campuses.
Oversee overall quality of academic delivery, administrative effectiveness, and operational efficiency at all locations.
Monitor campus performance and identify gaps in processes, infrastructure, and service delivery.
Work closely with campus heads and functional teams to ensure smooth execution of institutional plans.
Identify improvement areas and best practices to enhance campus operations.
Support strategic growth initiatives, including expansion, resource planning, and capacity building.
Strengthen coordination and communication between campuses and central leadership.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
Educational Qualification:
Ph.D. in any discipline from a recognized University is mandatory .
Master’s Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
The candidate should be a Professor level in a premier management school or Principal of a premier undergraduate college.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in academic administration / institutional leadership / multi-campus management.
Proven experience in managing multiple educational institutions or large-scale academic operations.
Experience in academic planning, administration, and quality assurance is highly desirable.
