Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and coding standards within the team to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster continuous learning.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow professionally.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of back-end development including RESTful services and database integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- Experience working within agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
