Bits and Bytes IT Solution is urgently hiring an experienced Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist with strong performance marketing expertise.
We are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience managing high-budget advertising campaigns and generating quality leads/sales through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of practical experience in:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads
- Strong knowledge of:
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Conversion Campaigns
- Retargeting
- Pixel & Conversion Tracking
- Google Analytics
- Keyword Research
- ROAS Optimization
- Must have managed monthly ad budgets of ₹1 Lakh+
- Must be able to show previous campaign results/case studies
- Freshers & less than 5 years experience candidates will NOT be considered
Preferred Skills
- Shopify / WordPress Ads Experience
- Funnel Strategy
- A/B Testing
- Landing Page Optimization
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
