Job description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate sales and leadership, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of sales agents to achieve their goals. The Real Estate Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, setting sales targets and goals, and providing guidance and support to team members to ensure their success. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals - Recruit and train new sales team members, ensuring they are properly onboarded and trained to meet the company's standards - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers to ensure repeat business and referrals - Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take action to address them - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations - Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participate in industry events and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success - Previous leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their goals - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using real estate software and CRM systems - Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations - Valid real estate license.
