Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate purchase orders, deliveries, and service schedules.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms where applicable.
- Resolve vendor issues, delays, and discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
- Track inventory and ensure timely replenishment when required.
- Process invoices and coordinate with the finance team for vendor payments.
- Prepare reports on vendor performance, procurement activities, and cost savings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in vendor coordination, procurement, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
