About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate sales through phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead management.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Previous telesales or telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
