JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Associate - B2B to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in the E-learning, IT software, or Hospitality industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing targeted marketing and sales campaigns to drive growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, Email campaigns, social media and networking.
- Conducting product or service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts, strengthening client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, tracking progress using CRM software, and generating regular performance reports.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from prospects and share with internal teams
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- BBA/MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related business discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, prospecting platforms, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and negotiation techniques.
- Experience in E-learning, IT sectors is highly preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for customer engagement and business growth.
