Job Title: Team Leader – Outbound Sales

- Pure Sales Background: Minimum 2 years of core outbound telesales/telecalling experience. (Note: This is a 100% sales role; Operations-heavy profiles will be rejected).
- Team Leadership: Minimum 2 years of solid experience as a Sales Team Leader driving targets.
- Stability: A proven track record of stable employment history (no frequent job-hopping).
- Industry Focus: Outbound sales experience in Call Centers (BPO) or Insurance is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage an outbound sales team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor sales KPIs, conduct call coaching, and handhold agents to close sales.
- Prepare sales performance reports and ensure process compliance.
Preferred Profile
- Background in BPO (Telesales), Insurance, Financial Services, EdTech, or Loan Sales.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
