Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms and company career pages.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Screen emails and phone calls, prioritize communications, and draft correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and maintain folders and files in Microsoft OneDrive.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers using Microsoft Excel.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
