Responsibilities
- Analyse client requirements and develop customised SAP solutions to address specific business challenges.
- Configure and implement SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, optimisation, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Deliver training sessions and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of SAP systems.
- Document system configurations, processes, and user manuals for ongoing reference and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and industry trends to continuously improve service offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with a strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP.
- Demonstrable expertise in SAP implementation projects from initiation through go-live support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with SAP system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP modules and third-party systems is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
