A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with existing and potential customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, answer queries, and maintain customer relationships. Telecallers may handle both inbound and outbound calls to support sales and customer service objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information.
- Explain products, services, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with customers and prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with relevant teams.
- Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing.
- Good communication skills in English and/or regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹9,436.70 - ₹20,000.00 per month
