- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales leads and service appointments.
- Follow up with customer inquiries received through walk-ins, website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, finance options, and exchange programs to customers.
- Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers to improve conversion rates.
- Update and manage customer information accurately in CRM software.
- Coordinate with sales consultants and branch teams to ensure timely customer assistance.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling performance and lead conversion reports.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, appointment booking, and sales support targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance customer retention.
- Conduct post-sales follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and telecalling standards.
