We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and drive our
B2B business growth in the 3P Cosmetics & Personal Care manufacturing industry. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and relationship
management within the FMCG /Beauty & Personal care sector. This role requires strategic thinking,
market insight, and the ability to forge strong partnerships to expand our market presence and
achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and build long-term partnerships.
- 2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitive landscape in the Cosmetics manufacturing industry.
- Generate leads, prospect new clients, and effectively convert opportunities into sales.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new business contracts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, closely monitoring sales metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.

- Position our solutions as the best fit for clients' specific needs, emphasizing value and ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, Planning, and supply chain to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with R&D team to develop and launch new products/services based on market demands and client feedback.
- Identify and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our network and stay updated on industry trends.
- Leverage networking opportunities to establish the company's presence in the 3P cosmetics manufacturing sector.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
