- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or up to 30 days preferred
About the Role
Seekneo IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst to join our growing Business Analysis and Product Management team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with a passion for understanding business requirements and transforming them into clear functional documentation for software development projects.
The Associate Business Analyst will work closely with clients, designers, developers, testers, and project managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering
- Participate in client meetings and requirement discussions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare Meeting Minutes (MoM) and action items.
- Understand business challenges and recommend appropriate digital solutions.
Business Analysis & Documentation
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
- Create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Document business workflows and process flow diagrams.
- Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Prepare Change Request (CR) documentation.
Product & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Clarify business requirements during development.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Backlog Grooming.
- Ensure developed features align with documented requirements.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Analyze business processes and product features.
- Recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
Testing Support
- Perform functional validation of developed features.
- Verify Acceptance Criteria before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support QA during testing and issue verification.
