Experience Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in training (soft skills/communication)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct soft skills sessions based on NIIT Foundation's curriculum
- Prepare for classes as per training guidelines and session plans
- Deliver engaging sessions following the scheduled methodology
- Track student attendance and encourage active participation
- Counsel students to improve their employability and placement readiness
- Maintain student progress records and update internal MIS (Encore)
- Engage in mobilization activities in the surrounding community
- Assist in center upkeep and student infra support
- Document and share student success stories
- Support placement processes and post-placement tracking
Data Management
- Maintain class delivery records and training MIS
- Share weekly/monthly attendance and progress dashboards
- Report daily activities and student performance updates
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi/local language
- Comfortable in community outreach and student mobilization
- People-oriented with a positive and motivating attitude
- Ability to manage diverse learner profiles effectively
Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized institution
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Comfortable in classroom and field settings
- Extroverted and student-centric approach
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
