We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue by seeking out new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing business deals.Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify prospective customers through cold calling, field visits, networking, and social media.
- Product Demonstrations: Schedule and conduct presentations or demos to explain product benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals successfully.
- Relationship Management: Maintain continuous rapport with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify new business avenues.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities, meetings, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (High school diploma/12th pass acceptable for candidates with proven sales experience).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and field sales (if applicable).
