- Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, billing, and accounts.
- Provide accurate information and ensure first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Document customer interactions and update CRM records accurately.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
