Position: Hotel Receptionist / Front Office Executive
Location: Ooty
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in & check-out
- Manage bookings from OTA platforms
- Attend customer calls & WhatsApp inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff
- Handle basic billing & payment collection
- Maintain guest records and reports
- Ensure smooth guest experience
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- English/Tamil/Hindi preferred
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to manage guests professionally
Salary:
Based on experience + accommodation if applicable
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
