About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and dynamic Field Sales Executives for the Building Materials division. Candidates will be responsible for developing new business, meeting dealers and contractors, and driving sales growth across the Chennai market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales activities.
- Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and architects.
- Promote and sell building material products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and deliveries.
Eligibility
- Experience: 0–10 years in sales (preferred in Building Materials, Cement, Steel, Paints, Tiles, Sanitary, or Construction Products).
- Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for field visits.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
