Job Summary
This role is accountable for leading the technical delivery and operational excellence of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions in large-scale environments. The individual ensures seamless integration with REST/SOAP APIs and AngularJS-driven interfaces, driving innovation, optimizing business processes, and empowering teams to meet and exceed client SLAs. They play a pivotal part in strategic problem-solving, process improvement, and mentoring technical teams to deliver high-impact ITOM outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architect and implement automation solutions using ServiceNow ITOM modules, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
2. Lead the development of custom dashboards and interactive user interfaces using AngularJS to enhance operational visibility and reporting.
3. Provide expert technical guidance to resolve complex incidents and problems in IT operations management workflows, ensuring alignment with client SLAs.
4. Design and optimize data exchange processes between ServiceNow ITOM and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs for reliable information flow.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational metrics and identifying automation opportunities within the ServiceNow ITOM ecosystem.
6. Mentor and guide project teams in adopting best practices for ServiceNow development, API integration, and front-end automation, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring process innovation and alignment with organizational goals.
Skill Requirements
1. Excellent Skills In Designing And Integrating Rest/Soap Apis For EnterpriseScale Solutions.
2. Advanced Proficiency In Angularjs For Developing Dynamic Interfaces And Custom Dashboards.
3. Strong Understanding Of It Operations Management Concepts And Process Optimization.

Skill Requirement : • 5–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform engineering • Strong hands-on expertise in: o ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog) • Workflow / Flow Designer / Service Portal / UI Builder • Advanced technical skills: o ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules) o Integration design (REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth) • Experience with: o CMDB, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping) o Custom application development • Strong understanding of: o ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) • Hands-on experience in: o Debugging, performance tuning, and optimization o Agile / DevOps-based delivery models • Ability to: o Independently design solutions and lead development efforts o Handle high-priority issues and escalations • Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Other Requirements
1. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist � ITOM (recommended).
2. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (optional but valuable).
