We are hiring a Solutions Engineer to build the infrastructure ASAPP's Solution Engineering team uses to win deals. You will design and evolve the prototypes, sandboxes, and integrations that bring CXP and GenerativeAgent to life for prospects.
Most of your time will go to advanced configuration of our Customer Experience Platform (CXP), our Agentic AI for customer service, and to full-stack code that makes demos compelling. You will lean heavily on AI-assisted development with Claude Code, the Anthropic API, MCP servers, and tool-use patterns. Your output is prototype-grade, but must feel real enough to anchor an enterprise buying conversation.
You may occasionally join customer meetings for a bespoke prototype, but customer-facing work is not the main expectation.
This role suits an exceptional early/mid-career engineer with about three years of experience, a strong record of shipping, and comfort with ambiguity.
