Job Summary:
Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors/dealers, expanding market presence, developing customer relationships, and driving business growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and collection targets.
Manage distributors, dealers, and key customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Lead and support the sales team.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–4 years of sales experience with 2+ years in a managerial role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
