Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Social Media Executive who can not only manage social platforms but also drive measurable business outcomes including lead generation, engagement growth, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and grow client and in-house social media accounts independently
- Create high-performing content focused on engagement and conversions
- Run and optimize paid and organic campaigns for lead generation
- Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns
- Handle end-to-end campaign execution from ideation to reporting
- Cover company events and convert them into engaging social media content
- Stay updated with trends and platform algorithm changes
KPIs & Performance Metrics
- Monthly lead generation targets from social media channels
- Engagement rate growth (likes, shares, comments, saves)
- Follower growth and audience quality
- Conversion rate from campaigns (CTR, CPL, ROI)
- Performance of paid campaigns (cost per lead, ROAS)
- Content performance (reach, impressions, engagement per post)
- Timely execution of campaigns and content calendar adherence
- Increase in brand visibility and traffic from social platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance-driven social media management
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience in running paid campaigns for lead generation
- Creative thinker with analytical mindset
- Strong communication and coordination skills
