Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, architects, contractors, and industries.
- Explain Infra Green’s PEB and civil construction services clearly and professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales and business team.
- Maintain daily records of calls, responses, and follow-up status in CRM / Excel.
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries with a polite and confident attitude.
- Assist in collecting and verifying client details for digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and management teams for smooth lead conversion.
- Report daily performance, leads generated, and call summaries to the Marketing Head.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (mandatory).
- Malayalam / Hindi speaking ability is highly preferred.
- Confident voice, good telephone etiquette, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of tele-calling tools, Excel, or CRM software.
- Positive attitude, persistence, and willingness to learn about PEB / industrial projects.
Qualification & Experience
- Any Degree / Diploma (Freshers or Experienced can apply).
- 2–5 years of experience in tele marketing / customer support / inside sales preferred.

Monday to Saturday — 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
