Hiring Alert – Business Analyst | Mumbai
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Mumbai.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry Preference: Insurance / BFSI
SALARY - 25000 - 35000/-
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows & functional documents
- Coordinate with business, technology, QA & infrastructure teams
- Support API integrations, payment systems & third-party platforms
- Assist in UAT testing, issue resolution & process optimization
- Work on dashboards, reports & project documentation
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good communication & stakeholder management
- Understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies
- Exposure to APIs, databases, digital platforms & online processes
- Knowledge of Insurance/BFSI domain preferred
Preferred:
- Exposure to payment ecosystems & reconciliation
- Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, networking & IT infrastructure
- Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and processes
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
