Job Title: Housekeeping & Guest Relations Executive
Location: Nallagandla, Hyderabad
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and responsible individual to support the day-to-day operations of our serviced apartments and guest accommodations. The role involves housekeeping, guest interaction, property upkeep, and coordination of deep-cleaning activities.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Cleaning
- Clean guest rooms, washrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces.
- Perform room preparation before guest check-ins.
- Ensure rooms are maintained to high cleanliness standards.
- Assist with laundry, linen changing, and inventory management.
- Support deep-cleaning activities whenever required.
Guest Support
- Welcome guests during check-in and assist with basic queries.
- Coordinate with guests regarding cleaning schedules and property-related requests.
- Report guest concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution.
Property Management Support
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and report stock requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors for minor repairs and service visits.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
- Ensure all apartments are guest-ready at all times.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist senior housekeeping staff during peak workload periods.
- Help organize furniture, décor, and guest amenities when required.
- Support special cleaning projects and property improvement activities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, serviced apartments, or facility management is preferred.
- Ability to communicate politely with guests.
- Physically fit and willing to perform cleaning and maintenance-related tasks.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and proactive.
- Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, calls, photos) is required.
