Front Desk Executive / Corporate Receptionist
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly professional and welcoming Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our corporate office. You will manage our reception area, facilitate smooth daily operations, and provide critical administrative support to ensure a positive first impression for all clients, guests, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet, assist, and direct guests, clients, and interview candidates professionally.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Take clear, concise messages and respond to general email and phone inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and handle access control protocols.
2. Office Administration & Operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier services, mail, and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage conference room bookings, and set up meeting areas.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders for replacements as needed.
- Assist in organizing travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and corporate logistics.
3. Cross-Functional Support
- Maintain and update databases, employee directories, and files using MS Office.
- Assist the HR or Operations team with onboarding formalities and general employee engagement activities.
- Handle basic administrative or clerical duties such as scanning, printing, and data entry.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or corporate administrative role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, alongside a highly professional and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment operation.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and highly reliable.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
