Job Description
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare providers to increase patient referrals to Remedy Cancer Care Hospital. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR), excellent communication and networking skills, and a thorough understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. This is a field-based role with positions available in Sitapur, Lakhimpur, Sultanpur, and Raebareli.
Key Responsibilities
Referral Network Development: Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare providers to generate patient referrals.
Field Visits & Business Development: Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals, promote the hospital's oncology services, identify new referral opportunities, and strengthen the referral network within the assigned territory.
Relationship Management: Coordinate with referring doctors and hospital departments to ensure a smooth patient referral and admission process while maintaining strong professional engagement.
Awareness & Promotional Activities: Organize doctor meetings, CMEs, health awareness programs, and promotional campaigns to enhance the hospital's visibility and strengthen referral partnerships.
Reporting & Market Intelligence: Prepare daily and monthly activity reports, monitor referral performance, gather competitor insights, and identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative (MR) or in healthcare marketing/business development.
Domain: Strong understanding of doctor engagement, hospital referral systems, and healthcare marketing. Experience in oncology or multispecialty hospitals is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and networking skills. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. (Proficiency in Urdu Language is a plus)

Compensation: ₹10000-₹15000 per month.
Location: Sitapur, Lakhimpur, Sultanpur, and Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh. 1 |
Timings: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
