Job Purpose
Avanse wants to create a digitally agile company which can leverage technology to offer the best to the customers across various segments and institutionalize various digital channels to source the business. In order to meet the above objective company has created the Digital Transformation Team.
Key Accountabilities
Ø Manage and own the technology infrastructure of the organization – PAN India network, security, end user devices etc.
Ø Develop and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with the business strategy and delivers both short-term and long-term results. Be the technology steward for your business by developing a sustainable architecture to support business growth
Ø Designing and implementing network systems to ensure smooth functioning of finance & accounting operations across the organization.
Ø Network management – HO, PAN India Branches and On Cloud .
Ø Managing Network Infrastructure with diverse technology platforms, integrated applications and communication systems. Defining Network infrastructure roadmap, budgeting, technology evaluation & implement IT infrastructure strategy & roadmap.
Ø Vendor management on Network Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Be responsible and own the entire network infrastructure setup of the organization.
Ø Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching.
Ø Ensure network security and connectivity.
Ø Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
Ø Experience in Cisco, FortiGate hardware.
Ø Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
Ø Define network policies and procedures.
Ø Ensuring adequate support is available when required.
Ø Managing team productivity.
Ø Ensuring SLAs are met.
Ø Maintaining Network Infra uptime at PAN India.
Ø Should be able to logically and technically assess the infra requirements on performance.
Required Experience
Ø 08 -10 years of experience in leading infrastructure team in a Bank/NBFC/Fintech
Ø Having a startup experience is a plus

Ø BE/B.Tech/M.Tech
