Job Description – Telecaller / Lead Qualification Executive
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates to join our team as Telecallers / Lead Qualification Executives. The role involves connecting with parents, understanding their requirements, verifying qualified leads, and briefly explaining our company’s programs related to child development and early learning.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Call and connect with customers/leads provided by the company
- Verify and qualify leads based on company criteria
- Build a friendly and professional conversation with parents
- Briefly explain the company, programs, and benefits related to child development
- Understand customer interest and requirements
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers
- Update lead status and call details in CRM/sheets
- Coordinate with the sales/team members for further process
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages
- Confident and polite speaking skills
- Basic understanding of customer handling and relationship management
- Ability to convince and engage customers professionally
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in telecalling/customer support/sales is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Interest in parenting, education, or child development topics is an added advantage
